Services

QLEVR Technologies provides digital marketing services including web design and development, search engine optimisation, and media buying. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate project proposal and agreement signed between QLEVR Technologies and the client.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of QLEVR Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Work product created for clients (such as website designs and copy) becomes the property of the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in the project contract.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver services
Review and provide timely feedback on deliverables
Ensure they have the rights to any materials (images, copy, brand assets) supplied to QLEVR Technologies for use in the project

Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in individual project proposals. QLEVR Technologies reserves the right to pause or terminate work on any project where agreed payment terms have not been met.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QLEVR Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
